Privacy policy

SupperTime seats strangers at a chef's table in Atlanta. To do that we need to know a little about you. This page says exactly what, who sees it, and how to have it removed.
1. What we collect
Your email address, when you sign up. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name and email and nothing else.
Before your first booking: your first and last name, a phone number, a username, and whether we may text you about your bookings.
What you tell us about how you eat: allergies, diet, and any note you leave for a chef.
What you do here: dinners you book or cancel, waitlists you join, stamps you earn, reviews and messages you write.
If you ask to cook with us: your name, email, phone, where you are, and what you cook.
Our hosting providers keep ordinary technical logs (IP address, browser, time of request) to run and protect the site.
2. How we use it
To hold your seat, tell your chef what they need to cook for you, and send you the address on the day.
To text you booking confirmations and day-of changes, if you said yes. Reply STOP to any text and they end.
To keep the table safe: to see who booked, who came, and who was reported.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who sees it
Other guests see your first name and username. Never your surname, phone, email or allergies.
Your chef sees your first name, allergies, diet, the note you left and how many seats you booked. Never your surname, phone or email.
The SupperTime team can see your account to run bookings and answer you.
The address of a dinner is shown only to confirmed guests, only on the day.
4. The services we use
Clerk handles sign-in. Supabase stores the database. Vercel hosts the site. Google handles Google sign-in if you choose it.
When card payments open, Stripe will take them. We will never see or store your card number.
If we turn on product analytics, it will be PostHog, counting what screens are used, with every text field masked.
Each of these works for us under its own privacy terms and only sees what it needs to do its job.
5. How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your account while you have one. Write to us and we will delete your account and profile within 30 days.
We may keep a record of paid bookings for as long as tax and accounting rules require, without your allergies or notes.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email widgeon1996@gmail.com.
6. Age
SupperTime is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site and by email before it takes effect. The date at the top is the last change.
8. Contact
