Terms of service
Last updated October 12, 2026
These are the rules for booking a seat at a SupperTime dinner. They are short on purpose. By signing up or booking, you agree to them.
1. Who can use SupperTime
You must be 18 or older and give us true details: your real name, a phone number that reaches you, and the allergies a chef needs to know.
One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under yours.
2. Booking a seat
When you choose a seat we hold it for 15 minutes while you pay. If payment does not finish, the seat goes back on sale and nothing is charged.
A seat is yours once payment is confirmed. The price you see before paying includes the service fee.
Some tables open only after you have earned enough passport stamps. Stamps cannot be bought or transferred.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel from Your dinners. How much comes back depends on how far ahead you cancel, and the exact terms are shown on the cancel screen before you confirm.
If a chef cancels a dinner, you get a full refund.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
4. At the table
The address is sent to confirmed guests on the day. Do not share it, and do not bring anyone who is not booked.
Be kind to the chef, the host and the people next to you. Anyone reported for harassment, threats or unsafe behaviour can be removed from a dinner and from SupperTime, without a refund.
Drink responsibly where alcohol is served. You are responsible for getting home safely.
5. Food and allergies
Tell us about allergies and diets before you book, so your chef sees them. Chefs cook in kitchens that also handle common allergens, and cannot promise a dish is free of any ingredient.
If an allergy is serious, ask the chef before the day. Message them from the dinner page.
6. Chefs
Chefs who cook on SupperTime are independent. They are not our employees, and each is responsible for their food, their kitchen and the permits it needs.
SupperTime finds the guests, takes the payment and passes on the chef’s share.
7. What we are responsible for
We work to keep SupperTime running and the people on it honest, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the dinner in question.
Nothing here limits rights you have that the law does not allow a contract to remove.
8. Closing an account
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
9. Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so before it takes effect. Continuing to book after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
